With over 30 years in the industry, Ian has been part of the company’s journey through every stage of its growth. From hands-on roles to leadership responsibilities, he’s helped shape the business into what it is today. His experience, steady guidance, and genuine commitment to customer service ensure that clients always feel valued, understood, and well looked after.
Dennis Barber
Founder
Dennis founded the company 35 years ago with his wife Linda, taking the bold step to go it alone after being in print & publishing for decades to build something of his own. Through hard work, resilience, and a clear commitment to doing right by his customers, he grew the business from a one-man venture into the trusted company it is today. In 2020, he proudly handed over the baton to Ian and Jo, stepping into a well-earned retirement and leaving behind a legacy of dedication, quality, and strong relationships.
Jo Graham
Director
With three decades of experience behind her, she has played a key role in shaping the business’s success. Much of that time was spent building and expanding the publishing side of the company, driving it forward with energy and vision. More recently, she has stepped into a new sector, leading the growth of DB Threads while also embracing her responsibilities as Director — balancing innovation with strong leadership to help steer the business into its next chapter.
